Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior HVAC Estimator at our San Rafael, CA location. The Senior HVAC Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive Plan and Specification, and Design/Build estimates for HVAC scope of work. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing project specifications and drawings, identifying labor, material, and time requirements, and preparing cost estimates. The role also involves project management, budgeting, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC
- Skills in project management and budgeting
- Ability to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site in San Rafael, CA
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field is a plus
- Experience in the Bay Area commercial construction industry is advantageous
