Responsibilities

Maintain and repair HVAC systems, including VRF, VAVs, air conditioning units, boilers, and chiller systems.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, lubricating motors, and inspecting electrical connections.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and perform necessary repairs.
Assist with new HVAC system installations in industrial and commercial buildings.
Respond to service calls promptly and provide outstanding customer service.
Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.
