A committed hardworking Project Manager with at least 5 years minimum of Project Management experience working for a commercial general contractor. The candidate will be responsible for the overall construction management of ground up and interior improvement projects that typically range in size from $1.5 to $5 million. The projects range from ground up restaurants to retail to medical to other niche project types.
A successful candidate must possess the knowledge, experience, and self-confidence to engage and professionally interact with consultants and clients alike. Crucial to this position is to have the inner drive and ability to daily communicate/coordinate with each respective superintendent to gain assurances that each project is staying the course relative to CD compliance, schedule, accounting, quality, safety, and all project administrative components. A significant part of this role will also include a great deal of dialogue with subcontractors/suppliers partnered up on active projects. Candidate must be professional, integrity driven, and a personable leader committed to the overall objective and self-development within the company. This position could require the oversight of a minimum of 4 to 5 projects at any given time.

- Assessment of any project plans and qualifications so thoughtful comments can be provided as they relate to the design, scheduling, possible cost saving measures

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HVAC-R Service Technician to join our team in Kalamazoo, MI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC-R service and maintenance, with the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of HVAC-R systems and equipment.
The HVAC-R Service Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC-R systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, refrigeration units, and ventilation systems. The technician will also be responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing problems with HVAC-R systems, and recommending appropriate repairs or replacements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The candidate must also have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
