Mechanical Project Manager
$80,000 to $120,000 + Bonus + Vehicle + Commissions

Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial construction projects from concept to completion. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a proven track record in mechanical project delivery, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full lifecycle of mechanical construction projects: planning, execution, and closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
- Oversee installation of HVAC, Boilers, Chillers, process piping, and mechanical systems per engineering specifications.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and local building codes
- Conduct site visits, progress meetings, and client updates
- Resolve field issues and maintain accurate project documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical or industrial construction project management
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- PMP certification a plus
