Salary: $90,000 - $110,000, based on experience + Annual performance bonus

Tiello is proud to partner with a leading industrial HVAC Service and Construction Contractor in their search for an HVAC Service Manager to join their team in Blytheville, AR. This leadership role will oversee service and maintenance operations across three mill locations, ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of large-scale industrial HVAC systems.
The ideal candidate is an experienced HVAC leader with strong technical knowledge of industrial systems, proven success managing multi-site service teams, and the ability to balance operational oversight with hands-on problem-solving. This position requires limited travel (3-5 days per month) to support service operations at multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage service and maintenance teams across three industrial mill locations
- Oversee daily HVAC service operations, preventive maintenance, and repair work to ensure optimal system performance
- Coordinate scheduling, assignments, and resources to meet operational needs and deadlines
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Partner with plant leadership and engineering teams to develop maintenance strategies and budgets
- Troubleshoot complex industrial HVAC system issues, providing technical guidance and solutions
- Track and report on KPIs, maintenance logs, and service quality metrics
- Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and parts procurement
- Travel to mill locations as needed (3-5 days per month) to monitor operations and support teams
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in industrial or commercial HVAC service management
- Strong technical knowledge of large-scale HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, air handling units, and controls
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing multi-site or multi-team operations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to travel 3-5 days per month to mill locations
- OSHA safety knowledge; EPA Universal Certification preferred
- Budgeting and vendor management experience a plus
