Pay Range: $85,000–$100,000 base salary plus profit sharing (percentage of gross revenue), totaling $145,000–$200,000 annually. Company Equity Incentive.

Requirements

Extensive HVAC or home services leadership experience (10+ years preferred).
Proven track record in operations, team management, and revenue growth.
Strategic thinker with visionary mindset and relentless drive.
Valid Driver’s License.
Clean background and drug-free.
Texas State License Holder preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, team performance, and strategic initiatives.
Drive revenue growth, efficiency, and long-term company vision.
Foster clear communication with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
Implement best practices in service, installation, and innovation thru demostration and training.
Lead without micromanagement, ensuring organizational excellence.
