- Compensation:** $50,000–$100,000+ annually (Salary + Commission)

What You’ll Do
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings
- Design, fabricate, and repair ductwork systems
- Identify proper materials and quantities for each project
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-serviced company vehicle
- Represent Plumb Pro+ with professionalism and courtesy at every job site
What You Bring
- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- EPA certification
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work overtime and be on-call as needed
- A professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
