Position Overview
We are hiring
Entry-Level HVAC Installers/Helpers who want to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry. We'll provide hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities to advance. You'll assist experienced installers on job sites and gain valuable skills while contributing to our team's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of HVAC systems, ductwork, and equipment
- Load/unload materials, tools, and supplies
- Support jobsite preparation and clean-up
- Use hand and power tools safely and correctly
- Follow instructions from the foremen and lead installers
- Learn to read blueprints and use HVAC tools and instruments
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the HVAC trade is preferred
- Basic mechanical aptitude or construction experience is a plus
- Ability to work on ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and handle physical tasks
- Dependability and punctuality - we count on our team
- A valid driver's license and an insurable driving record
- A great attitude and a desire to grow with the company
