Pay: 30% Piece Rate per install completed.

What You’ll Do
- Assist HVAC technicians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of heating and cooling systems
- Carry tools, materials, and equipment to and from work areas
- Help install ductwork, thermostats, and HVAC components under supervision
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and service vehicle
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures
- Learn and apply HVAC techniques and best practices
- Other duties as assigned
What We Are Looking For
- Interest in learning the HVAC trade
- Willingness to follow instructions and assist experienced technicians
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
