What You'll Do
- Assist lead installers with HVAC system installations
- Transport materials, prep job sites, and help ensure clean, safe working conditions
- Learn on the job and build your skills toward becoming a lead installer
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company with professionalism
What You Bring
- At least 6 months of experience in HVAC or a related trade
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
