What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners to assess their comfort needs and present tailored solutions
- Educate clients on energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and system performance options
- Build trust by delivering professional, honest, and customer-first consultations
- Utilize cutting-edge tools, financing options, and company-backed guarantees to make the buying decision easy
- Work closely with our service and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
- A natural communicator who connects easily with people
- Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong presentation skills and ability to simplify technical concepts
- Prior in-home sales experience (HVAC, solar, roofing, or related) is a plus—but not required
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
