Role Summary:
We are currently looking for a Sr. Commercial HVAC Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of direct experience leading commercial or industrial HVAC projects.

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of HVAC installation for commercial new construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout
- Collaborate with general contractors, owners, engineers, and subcontractors to align project goals, timelines, and specifications
- Review and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and submittals
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, manpower needs, and procurement timelines
- Coordinate material ordering, delivery logistics, and subcontractor schedules
- Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and resolve installation issues
- Lead internal and external project meetings
- Ensure all HVAC systems (ductwork, piping, equipment, controls) are installed according to plans
- Track project financials, approve vendor invoices, and manage cost controls
- Manage project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, submittals, and closeout packages
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in HVAC project management, specifically in commercial new construction
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record managing multimillion-dollar HVAC installation projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including ductwork, hydronic piping, air handling units, VAV systems, and controls
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience managing project budgets, cost controls, and change orders
- Pass background/drug screen
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
