Commercial HVAC Installer/Foreman

We are currently looking for **Commercial HVAC Installers/Foreman in the Allentown, PA and surrounding areas. **Take ownership of your future and grow with our employee-owned company!

Installation of commercial mechanical systems and air distribution preferred but will train the right candidate. Start-up experience a plus.

Foreman

3 years HVAC Construction experience & supervising preferred.
Willing to work hands-on and supervise a crew
Knowledge with blueprint drawings and specifications preferred.
Good organizational skills and be able to meet job schedule deadlines within budget.
Solid communication skills required. Will attend job conferences and meet with contractors and project managers as needed to review project itineraries.
Company Vehicle

Installers

1-year HVAC Construction experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of HVAC equipment, sheet metal and accessories preferred.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to work well with others.

Requirements

Knowledge of installation of commercial mechanical systems and air distribution.
Must be able to work nights or out of town for a few days at a time when required for certain jobs.
Must have or acquire own hand tools.
Meet all physical demands of the position.
Must possess the ability to communicate with customers, management, and coworkers effectively.
Must be able to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
Ability to work on a team or independently.
Start-up experience a plus.
