To support our expanding footprint, we’re hiring a Field Training Manager to lead the development of over 200 technicians, build and manage our internal training infrastructure, and deliver high-impact, data-driven coaching that drives performance and builds real careers.

What You’ll Do
- Design and lead technician training programs across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical trades
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive personalized, measurable coaching
- Leverage Service Titan data and AI-powered training platforms to support technician success
- Align development programs with Nexstar best practices, sales systems, and service standards
- Facilitate classroom training, ride-alongs, one-on-ones, and new hire onboarding
- Partner with GMs, AGMs, and executive leadership to align training with strategic objectives
- Travel regularly to Peaden branches and market openings to ensure consistency and impact
Who You Are
- Proven background in the trades: HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical (tech, manager, or trainer level)
- Advanced knowledge of Service Titan: reporting, workflows, dashboards, and scorecards
- Experienced in Nexstar training systems, accountability coaching, and technician performance
- Strong ability to interpret KPIs and build high-impact, field-ready coaching programs
- Skilled communicator — able to relate to blue-collar techs and present confidently to C-suite leadership
- Organized, driven, and passionate about developing others
- Able to travel throughout our North Florida and South Alabama service area (approx. 50–75% travel)
