We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager to coach and mentor salespeople in the Residential HVAC industry - also called consumer services.
You MUST have at least 10 years of experience as a selling technician or sales manager or sales trainer in residential HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical.
Degree not required.
Experience winning is required!
Military backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply!
You'll be traveling around the Greater Houston Area (and maybe some other metros) with these salespeople and selling techs. These ride-alongs are key to getting face to face time, evaluating areas of improvement and then coaching.
There is a zero tolerance "no jerks" policy!
Compensation is a mix of base salary and bonus.
Base of 120k-140k with bonus to $200k.
