At Reed Restaurant Repair, we service commercial kitchens across the region. That means rooftop units, walk-ins, make-up air, and a wide mix of real-world problems not just textbook service calls. We're looking for solid techs who can handle themselves in the field, keep systems running, and grow fast with a team that has your back.

Signing Bonus

Up to $1,000 signing bonus available for qualified technicians
$500 paid after 2 weeks of clean attendance and a strong start
$500 paid after 60 days of full-time employment

Why This Role Matters

You'll be the go-to for HVAC service calls, performing maintenance, diagnostics, and light repairs across a wide range of commercial equipment. We're not looking for entry-level. This role is for technicians who know their tools, understand the systems, and want a place to get even better.

What You'll Be Doing

Troubleshoot and service rooftop units, walk-ins, reach-ins, and make-up air systems
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and identify repair needs
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
Document your work and parts usage through our mobile app
Stay organized with your van, parts, and inventory
Collaborate with senior techs when needed

Requirements

1.5- 3 years of hands-on HVAC or Refrigeration experience (commercial preferred)
EPA Certification required
Own basic hand tools
Comfortable working on rooftops and in restaurant environments
Reliable, accountable, and ready to work independently
Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check

Do Not Apply If

You have not worked at least 1.5 years in the HVAC or refrigeration field
You are not EPA certified
You do not have your own set of hand tools
You are not dependable or ready to work full-time
You are not comfortable working in physical, fast-paced environments

Pay & Perks

$70,000$110,000+ per year (Hourly + OT + Bonuses), depending on experience and readiness to run calls solo
