Position Requirement's:
5 + years service experience
Great attitude, clean cut.
Good customer relations
Experience in installation a plus.
Must pass a background check and drug test.
Valid social security card and driver's license with good driving record
Basic Reading and Math skills
Be able to lift 50 to 75lbs daily
Be able to read and comprehend wiring diagrams and installation manuals
NATE certification preferred.
CFC certification
After hours/on call rotation
Experience in trouble shooting Gas furnaces, Heat pumps and Air conditioners
Experience with light commercial equipment and controls
Brazing and Refrigerant charging skills
Work off ladders safely and be able to crawl in tight spaces to work
Operate power tools and hand tools safely
Have proper service hand tools and meter
