This is a full-time, in-office position based in Dickinson, NDideal for someone who values collaboration, clear processes, and a work environment where your expertise makes a visible difference.

What You'll Do

Create comprehensive cost estimates and material lists for upcoming projects using our project management systems
Break down labor and material requirements for framing, exterior finishes, concrete, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and interiors
Collect and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing to ensure competitiveness
Work closely with Sales Consultants to align proposals with client expectations
Generate formal project documents and contracts from prebuilt templates
Clearly document cost assumptions and scope details for smooth project hand-offs
Refine estimating practices based on analysis of past projects

What You Bring

Experience in construction estimating (especially post-frame or residential construction)
Proficiency with estimating software such as JobTread, Smart Build, and Microsoft 365
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes
Exceptional organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail
Solid communication and negotiation skills

Bonus Points For

Subcontractor or vendor coordination experience
Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving ability
Ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines
