What You'll Own

Coach Salespeople to Win More Deals

Conduct weekly ride-alongs and real-time coaching to improve presentations, objection handling, pricing confidence, and closing skills.

Drive Performance

Monitor KPIs including close rates, average ticket, gross profit, proposal conversion, cancellation rates, and sales activity. Hold the team accountable to high standards.

Lead Weekly Sales Meetings

Run engaging Wednesday sales meetings focused on practical skill development, role-playing, objection handling, and continuous improvement.

Use Technology to Coach Better

Review Rilla conversations, monitor live calls, identify coaching opportunities, and ensure consistent execution of our sales process.

Recruit Great Salespeople

Partner with recruiting to identify, interview, hire, onboard, and develop exceptional sales professionals as the company grows.

Develop Future Leaders

Help identify high-potential reps and prepare them for leadership opportunities as new branches open.

What You'll Need

Required Experience

Current or recent experience managing 10-30+ in-home sales representatives.
Proven leadership success in high-ticket, one-call-close home services or home improvement sales such as foundation repair, waterproofing, roofing, windows, siding, HVAC, remodeling, concrete, or similar industries.
Demonstrated success coaching representatives through complex price objections and increasing close rates.
Experience recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining top-performing sales professionals.
Strong understanding of sales scorecards, KPIs, forecasting, and performance management.
Comfortable traveling throughout our expanding regional markets (approximately 25%).
Live within approximately one hour of head office.

Preferred Experience

Multi-branch or regional sales leadership experience.
Experience helping launch new locations or expansion markets.
Familiarity with Rilla and Builder Prime.
EOS, or other operational management systems.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $115,000

Performance Compensation: Uncapped overrides tied to Gross Profit growth, Gross Profit percentage, market expansion, and leadership performance metrics.

Signing Bonus: Performance-based bonus payable after 30 days (subject to standard one-year retention agreement).
