Position: HVAC Installation Technician
Location: Kilmarnock
Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2+ years in HVAC installation preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Key Responsibilities:
Install new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in residential and light commercial properties
Perform ductwork modifications and system upgrades
Ensure installations meet code requirements and manufacturer specifications
Test systems for proper operation and efficiency
Collaborate with team members and maintain a clean, safe job site
What We're Looking For:
Hands-on experience with HVAC equipment installation and sheet metal/ductwork
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to read layouts and follow technical instructions
Physical stamina for lifting, climbing, and working in varied conditions
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
