Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems for heating and cooling issues.
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Accurately assess humidity and air quality needs, and recommend solutions.
- Communicate clearly with customers, explaining issues and solutions in a professional manner.
- Maintain timely and accurate service records using company-provided technology.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours service needs.
- Follow company procedures and safety protocols to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed to achieve company goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC service, installation, or maintenance.
- Knowledge of standard heating and cooling systems, including diagnostics and repairs.
- Understanding of humidity control, air quality, and system balancing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow directions accurately.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Timeliness and reliability are essential.
- Personable, professional, and able to build rapport with clients.
- EPA certification required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, with overtime and on-call rotation as needed.
Work Location:
Onsite at customer locations throughout the residential and commercial markets served by Legendary Service Inc.
