We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee HVAC/mechanical operations across multiple projects and teams. This is a high-level leadership role responsible for managing Project Managers, driving operational efficiency, client relationships, project delivery, budgeting, and overall business performance

- :Strong background in HVAC/mechanical services industr
- yPrior experience managing multiple Project Managers and large-scale operation
- sExperience with commercial HVAC projects/service operation
- sExcellent leadership, client management, and financial oversight skill
- sExperience working with union environments is a plu
