This is a full time employment opportunity is for non-experienced individuals who have not worked in the industry prior.
This is not for HVAC trade school graduates, as this will repeat the trade school experience.
Those With Prior Experience Will Not Be Prioritized.

What You Need To Succeed (Read This Twice)
This program isn’t for those who take shortcuts.
It’s for people ready to hustle.
If You:
- Show up on time and ready to grind
- Are coachable, curious, and hungry to learn
- Have a COMMITTED work experience. Those with multiple short term jobs cannot be considered for this long term commitment
- Have one year of experience in a position of responsibility
- Are comfortable with smart phones, ipads or laptops- tech savvy is a MUST
- Can pass a background check & drug test
- Have at least 2 years of clean driving experience
- Want a career, not another mid job
What You’ll Do
- Work side-by-side with Goettl’s top HVAC pros
- Learn real skills: service, repair, installation
- Hit milestones and watch your pay go up
- Put in 40–60 hours a week (earn while you learn)
- Graduate into a Maintenance Tech role

This training will last 12 weeks and requires perfect attendance, otherwise candidates will be eliminated. No pre-arranged absences will be allowed at this time.
