What You'll Do
You'll handle service, diagnostics, and installations for a variety of equipment including:
Furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, and heat pumps (including inverter/variable-speed systems)
Ductless mini-splits and indoor air quality accessories (humidifiers, air cleaners, thermostats)
Preventive maintenance, performance optimization, and airflow balancing
Occasional small-scale replacement installs (no cookie-cutter production work)
What You Bring
4+ years of residential or light commercial HVAC experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
EPA Certification (required) - NATE or manufacturer certifications a plus
Valid driver's license and clean record
Great communication and professionalism with customers and teammates
Pride in craftsmanship - clean work, organized van, detailed job notes
