We are collaborating with a prominent HVAC organization to hire a Sales Director to lead and optimize sales and sales strategy. This role is based in Texas.
Responsibilities:
- Lead sales team operations and strategy formulation
- Craft and implement sales strategies based on market research and competitor insights
- Generate operational and financial reports for the sales department
- Oversee the development and career progression of the sales team
- Facilitate cross-selling and joint marketing efforts to enhance exposure and profitability
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the HVAC industry
- Over 3 years of leadership experience in sales
- Proven leadership capabilities
