Your Impact

Own critical service work across boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and RTUs.
Direct and execute commercial installs, scheduled maintenance, and repairs.
Model best-in-class safety and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
Elevate team performance by training and mentoring junior technicians.
Partner with project managers, engineers, and clients to keep work efficient and outcomes exceptional.
Maintain thorough records, from diagnostics to parts to recommendations.
Respond rapidly to emergency calls to minimize downtime.
Advise on performance improvements and energy-saving upgrades.

What Sets You Apart

10+ years of commercial HVAC experience centered on boilers, chillers, and cooling towers.
Deep knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment, components, and control systems.
EPA Universal Certification required; additional HVAC certifications preferred.
Ability to read and apply blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic expertise.
Leadership, coaching, and team coordination strengths.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Thrives both independently and in fast-moving team environments.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
