As DMG continues to grow, we’re looking for an Assistant Service Manager to join our team. You’ll report to the Division Service Manager and oversee day-to-day operations while working alongside our excellent team. Responsabilités
- Overseeday to day operation and report to division service manager.
- Oversee service coordinator and alltaskassigned to perform.
- Manage all work order service tickets toassurethey are closed out and billedpromptly .
- PerformBillingoverview toassuremonthly budgets are within range and report to division manager of possibleshort comings.
- Review technicians’ performance and report to division manager on progress.
- Set up new customers, Projects. Assure PO are issue for billing.
- Prepare proposals as requested by clients.
- Procurement of sub-contractors, parts, and materials for projects
- Review warrantybilltoassureall costs are captured.
- Assure all vendor bills cost are captured and applied to the correct billings.
- Oversee fleet operation associated with HSO NY Division and report to upper management of issues.
- Prepare and review all reporting produced by the HSO divisions tocomply withsalesdivisionsrequest.
- Assure that HSO NY division is communicating with customers andsaledivision in real time advising of any issuepertaining toproject or servicing.
Requirements
- Team player with good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Ability to communicate well in bothoraland writtenreports.
- Basic Computer Skills
- Strong organizational andtime management skills
- Industryexperiencea strong plus
