Responsibilities

Lead marketing strategy, GTM planning, and business development alignment with commercial goals.
Own brand identity, messaging, and thought leadership, ensuring consistency across all channels.
Develop and execute a content strategy including blogs, white papers, case studies, and executive communications.
Manage digital platforms (website, email, social media) and drive SEO and performance improvements.
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate demand and support revenue growth.
Collaborate with sales to create sales enablement materials (decks, product sheets, videos).
Oversee trade shows and events to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
Define and track KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and optimize budgets and marketing spend.
Manage vendors, marketing technology stack, and cross-functional partnerships.

Qualifications

10+ years’ experience in integrated marketing, branding, and GTM execution.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar.
Proven ability to develop content and brand storytelling across digital and social.
Strong analytical skills with experience turning insights into strategy.
Ability to both lead strategically and execute hands-on.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across matrixed teams.
Experience in HVAC or related industries (preferred).
