Specific Technical Knowledge Required
- Strong understanding of refrigeration cycle and the components therein, specifically air and water-cooled equipment
- Strong understanding of heating cycle and the components therein, including diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Strong understanding of electricity and the ability to use diagnostic equipment, specifically multi-meters and troubleshoot basic electrical circuits
- Must be able to read and understand electrical wiring diagrams
- Ability to set combustion and perform combustion analysis
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings

- Desire for continued product training and willingness to travel for training
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office, email and remote communication

Job Requirements
- Availability for overnight travel approximately 20% of the time
- Refrigerant license
- Ability to pass drug testing and background check upon request
- Follow safety protocols per company and customer standards
- Valid driver’s license
